Learn the secrets of lure fishing for snapper, kingfish and other species with from one of NZโs most experienced anglers, Grant Bittle, aka (Captain) Espresso. He will explain why lures are a better strategy to use over traditional bait when targeting bigger fish, the science behind a variety of different lures available in the NZ market, ย and how to apply this knowledge to catch bigger fish.
We will also introduce our HOT new lures, โBaby Bossโ which is made from zinc, New BetaBugs with Serious Skirts, and give you a sneak peek at some of our soon to be released new lures such as, โDouble Troubleโ and โGiant Squidwingsโ It will be a fun night with lots of opportunity to ask questions, and lots of prizes to be won.
About Espresso
From the typically NZ humble beginnings of wharf fishing catching sprats as a toddler, to landing double strikes of marlin solo and every fish in between, Grant specializes in ultra light tackle fishing and is obsessed with hunting down workups for all the thrills and spills of action fishing for snapper and kingfish. Testing and developing new and improved lure fishing tackle for catching fish is his obsession. Grant is a Wave Dancer captain and a partner in Catch fishing tackle.
